What are your shipping methods? 

We ship by either courier or cartage company to everywhere in Canada. The shipping method will depend upon the size, weight & destination. For complete shipping details please click here

 

How long is delivery?

Most of our orders ship within 1 week. Furniture or special order items may take longer and you will be notified of an ETA upon placing your order.

 

Where do you ship to?

Currently, we ship anywhere in Canada. We are unable to ship products to a PO Box.

 

Are Curb-Side Pick-Ups available?

Orders can be picked up at our Port Moody warehouse. Please let us know on your order at check-out and customer service will contact you with pick up details.        

 

Is there a minimum order requirement?

We welcome orders of any size.

 

Do you have gift certificates available for purchase?

Yes, Gift Certificates can be purchased in-store only in any denomination.

 

What forms of payment do you accept?

Current account holders can be billed.

Individual orders use Visa or Mastercard.

What if I need to return something?

No problem. Please contact customer service at 1-877-469-6300 & we will make the necessary arrangements to pick up the product from you. Return freight charges may apply. click here.

 

Do you carry stock of all your items?

We stock most of our products here in our B.C. warehouse.

Shipping Boxes – Packing your Orders

In our effort to reduce our carbon footprint, recycle, re-use….

You will notice your products arriving in pre-owned boxes.  For example: your box/carton may say "construction paper", but inside it contains your scrapbooks, pencil crayons and markers.  Always open every box to confirm the contents.  PLEASE RE-PURPOSE your boxes or simply RECYCLE them!
